Who Can Come?

All children ages 4 – 12 years are encouraged to attend.

(a child must be 4 years-old by July 1st to participate)

because of popularity, numbers will be limited, so register early!

All necessary precautions along with state guidelines

will be taken as needed to insure the children’s safety.

What Will Happen?

Each day the day campers are with

their same small group and counselors.

Playing games, making arts & crafts, singing, having fun, and making friends happen all on the way to learning that “We can believe that miracles show us the power of God!”

Come, Live the Adventure!

But that’s not all… there’s also Special Events for day

campers and/or their families: an Ice Cream Social,

special guests, Wild & Wet Day and an Open House!

What about Lunch & Snacks?

To assure that individual dietary needs are met, everyone

needs to bring a sack lunch and a beverage each day. Don’t

worry, if your child forget their lunch one day, additional limited food is

available.

We also ask that your child brings their own water bottle to use during the week.  The water bottles can be stored for the week for your child’s own private use or carried back and forth each day.

There will also be a light snack and drink (or water) each

day, provided by the Day Camp staff.

Who is doing the Day Camp Program?

The Day Camp is a summer program of North Warren Presbyterian Church. Volunteers and Staff from the Church

and community are conducting the activities.

Can I Volunteer to Help?

We are always looking for adults who are interested in helping with our Day Camp. Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearances are required and we can help you get yours. Please contact the church for more information on how you can help.

Is Day Camp a Good Place for My Child?

Yes, indeed! Basic health and emergency contact

information is collected for each child (the information is

confidential). It is a safe and caring environment led by

responsible adults, parents and trained staff. A first aid kit

is on site. Some Day Camp volunteers and staff have First

Aid and CPR certification.
